The staff exuded warmth and charm, more engaging than a friendly pet on a lazy afternoon. The room felt like a cozy nook, inviting me to curl up with a good book by a charming fireplace.

I thoroughly enjoyed my four-night stay in a spacious one-bedroom casita with a king bed. The location was just a few blocks from the historic Plaza, making it easy to explore Santa Fe. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, especially the purple corn pancakes and made-to-order omelets. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Eddie at the front desk, really enhanced my experience. One downside was that there could have been a bit more lighting in the room.

Outdoor seating areas could use regular maintenance, annoying leaf litter on arrival!!! A small fan in the casitas would improve air flow significantly!!! Thermostat setting shouldn't be pre-programmed!!!
